Review of Coobiz It Solutions Pte Ltd

My company bought a full solution with hardware and software from Coobiz IT Solutions recently.
Even after 3 months of implementing the software, bugs still constantly come up, the software system is super laggy, it takes 10-30seconds for me to even load or navigate from page to page.
Bugs still constantly come out here and there, and the technical team does not tell you whether they solved the bug or not, they will just adjust to remove the error, and leave you thinking whether a similar bug will occur again in the future.

The support team is quite unresponsive, even for urgent cases, (they messed up my inventory list a few times on different occassions and different bugs) they do not respond, and take up to a few days to even get started on the problem.

I deeply regret getting this software solution, as it has caused me so much more problems instead of saving my time.
