Review of Media Grafix Pte Ltd

I dunno what to say in this review but we are really disappointed to Media Grafix, what a price S$ 18.00 for 18 pcs, isn't it too expensive? and they even didn't cut the print into namecard size, is this kind of good and expertise service as they offer in their website? And watch out if you ask them to crop the image, that kind of simple work will be counted as an artwork job and cost you S$ 10.00 !?
The service is poor, costly and not worthy !
