Review of Citiprop (s) Pte Ltd

I'm living in Singapore since 20 years and therefore I had many different apartments. Recently I changed to a new place where citiprop was the agent. Within one month I complained a few simply sings and since than I had one problem after the other one. They ask payment in advance for technician they sent to my place and now they refuse to pay me back to mention just one of the problem.
I recommend to everyone stay away from them as I'm dealing with one of the director which is not willing to help at all.
