Poor service and ownership
Wilson was engaged to make a glass table top. He didn't bother to come down and do the measurements, instead he asked me to send it to him. First sign of mistake, because a normal consumer wouldn't know the details of measuring a table top. Later, when the glass top is collected, it didn't fit my table properly, and Wilson denied his wrong-doings of not measuring, became aggressive when I pointed out to him that he should have measured it instead of asking me. He then promised to do a slight rebate, but went back on his words and even avoided all my calls subsequently.

TLDR: bad service. avoid at all cost
