Review Overseas company, does not exist in Singapore. Might as well buy from China.

It is not easy for me to trust any store on the internet. However, I gave this company a shot because it appears to be a large company. Appears to be large on the outside, that is.

My story starts with me placing an order on Singaprinting's website. It was very easy to use so within 15 minutes I had made payment using Paypal. They said they would get back to me. They did not. I emailed to ask when they will start printing because I need my stickers by the week after. They said they would get back to me. When they did not again, I called them. They said yes yes, they will get back to me... after 5 weeks, I'm still waiting.

Then I made a trip to 51 Changi Business Park Central 2 where their office is supposedly located at the 4th floor #04-05, because I myself live nearby. I brought a friend along, and we were ready to argue with them until I get my stickers. Guess what? We had no one to argue with. The office was beautiful but empty, with a 'REGUS' sign. There was nobody but only two office girls. I asked them immediately for Singaprinting. She helpfully checked her computer for me, and replied 'I am sorry, Singaprintng is an online virtual office here. They are not in Singapore, but I can help you pass on your message to them. You can also call them on this number...' Enough. Enough is enough. I was silly to spend my last 5 weeks waiting and thinking that my order was in safe hands, when these people are not even in Canada, and even more not in Singapore.

I couldn't wait anymore and ordered from Vistaprint instead -- a MUCH better company than this fishy uncontactable one. They were more expensive, but at least they didn't disappear with my money. Fortunately the helpful staff at Paypal listened to my plight and refunded me after I showed them photographs of the 'Regus' company office.
