Review Leasing from Orix. Horrible experience

Horrible Service from Orix Leasing! My company was serviced by Cheong Mei Ting Iris for leasing and her service was very unprofessional! We engaged them 3 weeks ago and awaited her follow-up, to which was really slow. And in the last week, we had to chase her every day to her reply of "will update date you by today" of which was never followed up. had to chase her for another few days before she finally replied "case not appove, sorry." and that was all in her email. no reasons, no follow up after 3 full weeks of us chasing her and asking her what she needed from us. and due to her delay, we are unable to engaged another company for leasing cause we are pressed for time. So i suggest dont waste your effort with this company! Horrible!
