Review bad management.

I waited more than an hour at the clinic watching everyone came in after me seeing the doc before me. When I approached the staff she told me there are still 3 people before me after an hour of waiting but when I entered there was only 3 people waiting. I couldn’t believe this when I saw my name cancelled and was written at the bottom of the list again. This is really bad management of patients.
