Review Bad Service

Visited their website and was keen to engage their services for 2 x their premium bbq package plus procuring the 2 bbq pits and 2 on-site grillers. Sent in enquiry and the sales person responding was very abrupt his his replies and showed no interests in providing their services. Every question asked, he/she directed us to their website. A simple question on whether we can replace pork items to chicken or anything other than pork, the sales person also directing us to their website. It's a simple yes or no answer. Ours is a small event of only 60 pax and that could be the reason our enquiry did not roused their interests.

Want friendly and good customer service and support in such event, I recommend you to go for other BBQ caterers who are more than willing to go furnish you with the information you need and their responses are super fast too. Banned.
