Review of Generic Print

I wanted to print my Four Seasons invitation cards with Generic Print as they offered the best deal in terms of cost.

However, the person assigned to do our wedding invitations did a terrible job. The details we gave her were not at all translated correctly onto the invitation. She got the Fathers names wrong and in the wrong order, in both English and Chinese.

When we asked them to change the invitation, clearly in an email, we detailed what changes had to be made. We even got the photoshop soft copy and made the changes ourselves. However, when they sent back the "final copy", none of the changes we had requested were carried forward.

Overall, poor poor service and poor quality of work. I am surprised Four Seasons would recommend such a printer. Very disappointed with their lack of professionalism. We had to retrieve our wedding cards from them in the end and send them to another printer.

I caution you, pay a little more for a better quality professional printer.
