Review of Ginny and Friends

Very disappointed in their services. Left my dog with them for 1 week and when I came to pick him up they told me that they will not take my dog anymore, because he upset another dog by sniffing under its tail (don't all dogs do that)?! My dog is non-aggressive and is very friendly with other dogs and people. Just because the other dog was their regular customer they kicked us out! They claim they have been trained in the US and have a lot of dog training experience, but they can't even control two dogs and their behaviour at their facility. These people are not professionals and know nothing about dogs behaviour.
