The sales person told me that their staff will bring in the material today as the material will arrive ibn Monday. However, after waiting, i sms the sales personnel to ask when will their worker will arrive to deliver the material and start work. The person did not response. Half an hour later, the person did not response and i sms the person again. An hour later i sms the person again and the response from the sales person is to ask me to contact the supervisor directly as he is the one who will be making the arrangment. Irresponsible answer that I have got!!
