Review of Lapan Lapan Travel

The Sarawak girl who works at the counter (at Kitchener Road) is very rude! We are customers who purchase tickets which pays your wages and salaries. Don't take it on us when you have your "period". No sense of customer service - very poor by any Singapore standards.
