Review of Tau Interior Design

We had a very bad experience with the boss(winson tau) from tau interior in mar 2013. At first we thought his tone was harsh because he is elderly end up when we discuss on the design we want during site measurment, his tone becoming worse as if we owe him or is his worker. We only ask why need to add money for half covered door and half opening cabinet and he get angry saying original design is fully covered. We are confused, ours is coloured PVC and with less material needed of door why still need to add money. He get impatience and threaten to void our contract for questioning him. what is wrong of asking?! isnt it customer right? Not wanting to lost our 10% deposit, we try to ask him to tone down or change person to in charge and he REFUSED. Leaving us with no choice, We tried hard to bargain for our deposit back, End up he charged us $600 for floor protection in living room ONLY and removal of 2 sink plus HIS time wasted. We wanted to continue the contract but he refused to make it work, whose time is wasted more? He doesn't seem wanting to do our business from the start, just say so, feel so cheated on our deposit and time. Would advice not to look for winson tau(boss attitude) or draw and discuss all the detail drawing(detail on cupboard with how many drawer or door) before signing to avoid conflict. As you know, after signing the contract, he become the boss because he hold on to 10% of your Reno and reserve the right to forfeit it at any time! Expensive lesson learnt to work with contractor.
