Made a reservation to our trip to Bali through this agency, and got replied by one of their staff. At first, her reply was polite and thorough, but when we saw the list of extra fees that we have to pay, we were shocked to see extra S$160 fee noted as 'top up for air-fare'.
When we asked for the confirmation about that fee, the staff replied back that it's because there's no economy class seats available anymore for our preferred travel date, so she gave us other class that requires us to pay extra. We were confused after the explanation, because it's stated on terms and requirements that if there's no seat available for our preferred travel date, the staff will first offer us another date that has similar price, not directly assign us to other class that prices higher.
In the end, we told the staff to look for other date that still has economy class seats. Her reply was so rude with only stating the available date without even apologising to us for not checking with us first.
We also asked about the payment. We know that we have to make payment first before we were being issued with the receipt, but perhaps the way we worded the sentence was not correct hence she caught our question as pointless and dumb. This is how the staff replied,
"no payment transferred how can issue a receipt??"
Sales lady, from where did you graduate? Did you even finish high school? Where is your manner to your customer? We asked politely, we even said thank you for each of your reply no matter how rude you were, but that was the final string.
I decided to email the company about this rude attitude. But there's no reply for them until now.
I will never ever use this travel agency anymore, no matter how cheap the package they are offering. Rude and unprofessional attitude are unforgivable for me.
