While the food is value for money, the service is the worst I have ever encountered. There is a lady behind the counter (bishan mrt outlet. 25 april 2013 ard 7.10am) who was blatantly scolding a customer in mandarin. I could not understand what was said but it must have been bad as the customer before me was expressing her surprise at how rudely the staff was behaving. It didn't help that another staff was adding fuel to the fire as well instead of trying to calm the situation. The bad tempered staff unfortunately had to serve me and due to her anger from the previous encounter, I misheard her saying "happy then take" to which I erupted n asked her to repeat. Then she said "haiyoh I said help me take la!!" And then mumbled to her collegues. I do hope this feedback is received by the management because the press is definitely receiving a copy of this. Just because the company offers affordably priced food, they do not have the right to mistreat customers. A review on this branch staff needs to be done urgently as this grumpy woman serves many customers in a day.
