Review of Yong Tai Fa Contact Svcs

Don't ever engage this company for aircon maintenance service.

I engaged them once to service my aircon, only 1 person comes to service 4 aircons. Afterwards, the person said that he cannot provide any receipt on the spot and will send the receipt via email later.

He never sent me the receipt. I sent SMS, never replied even once. I called, he kept saying will send the receipt either on the night or the next day, but the receipt never comes. This repeats for 5 times until I am sick of this and come here to write a review.

With their behavior regarding the receipt, I am not even sure they do the proper maintenance job as I don't understand the maintenance procedure.
