Review of Victoria Dentalcare @ Punggol

They do not attend to customers that have appointments first, they attend to customers who walk in, even if it clashes with the appointment. They called me on my day of appointment to move the timing earlier by half an hour. I ended up waiting for more than an hour because they couldn't tell me how long the walk-in patient would take for his extraction cum surgery. I was there at 6.45 pm and waited till 8.15 pm and had to walk away untreated. They have never ever been punctual for all the times I've been there and I do not recommended them at all!
