Review of Weiken.com Interior Design

I am terribly disappointed with the service provided by Weiken.
The young designer I engaged is ok but I think she seems to have difficulty moving some old birds.

I am not sure if it is Weiken's internal problem or that of their sub- contractors.
The result causes delays to my project, poor carpentry workmanship, scratches on surfaces of cabinets, unfitting glasses, poor co- ordination of work, etc.

Up till now, some outstanding work remain unattended with no firm dates on when they are going to be fixed.

Worst of all, today I was made to wait in vain for their carpenter for 2 hrs and he did not turn up. After I SMS the designer, I was simply told carpenter forgot about this appointment when this date was fixed and given to me by Weiken.

I have dealt with other design companies before but I must say this experience with Weiken has been excruciating with pain.
