Review of Slenderworkz Pte Ltd

I'll just get straight to the point. Bought a groupon deal, it wasnt like advertised on the site, hidden agendas/costs and unprofessional service.
The staff there could not speak proper english and as a first time inexperienced customer, I asked a question regarding the brazilian IPL i did, on why the hair did not drop straight away(like i said, it was my first time).

They laughed at me. Yes. The lady stifled her obvious laughter, ran out of the room and I could hear her laughing to her colleage in the other room about my question. My face burned with embaressment.
She came back(still trying to stifile her laughter), took me to another room to have the talking "ending session" and yup, her colleague also LAUGHED IN MY FACE while trying to explain that IPL don't work that way. Plus I had to pay an extra $50 because the area of IPL was too big? What nonsense?
Why did she not explain about the extra charges when she started the treament?
No, she had to tell me to pay for the extra charges when the treament is done halfway where I am laying there butt naked and vulnerable.

Is this how Slenderworkz train their service staff? To laugh into the customer's face over a simple question? Was is so hard to explain to me nicely as I was a first timer? I guess slenderworkz's goal is to make customers feel uncomfortable as much as possible.

Moral of story: Totally will boycott the Slenderworkz.
