Review of ZIPP Cargo Corporation

I called to inquire regarding the delivery date of the box and the pick up date but a rude man answered my call, and im not even finished inquiring yet, talking that he can only be able to deliver the box at his convinience and not mine , im worried that nobody is going to accept the box when reach my house, and suddenly he says sorry, if its so i should arrange my timing first and suddenly drop the phone, that man whos working there has some feedback i heard even from my friends that he shouldn ' t be answering phone if he will answering nothing and drop the phone!!!
