True,this place is full of crap. Even before the start of the facial, the lady named Joey will pull you into a small room and hardsell. Isn't that ridiculous that you have not even tried their facial yet? No common sense. She will not let you go for your facial unless you buy sth from them. Facial is lousy and pricey. Total waste of time on such unethical place!
