incompetent staff and hidden fees.

I asked them several times howmuch it would cost for my 2nd year of service, every time they gave me the fees, there would be be a different figure, finally I arrived at a figure with all costs detailed. Then it took several days for them to even provide me with the bank details so I could make payment. I finally got them and made the payment.

After this, I got a separate email from their employee asking for the nominee director fee. i.e. this very costly item did not enter their mind when quoting me on all the other services that they would provide.

I would never recommend to someone else setting up business in singapore
