1. NO GENUINE CUSTOMER SERVICE
- The speed of handling issues & returning of calls from OCS is poor.
Company do not return calls in tracking department, , the tracking department was very poor in managing.


2. NO INTEGRITY
Occasionally packaged do not arrive at their prescheduled destination whenever they are supposed to. A good courier company will be able to offer you a honest and valid reason should anything ever go wrong with the parcel delivery. As with any other type of delivery service there are several factors beyond the control of your courier company which can go wrong to delay the delivery of your parcel such an accident or unforeseen conditions. However it is not unreasonable for us to expect a proper explanation

There was no explanation from OCS. It was not demanding for to request an explanation from you.

3.) NO Guarantees and Going extra mile

No Guarantees
A good courier company is one which should be able to offer service level guarantees to create a level confidence and customer loyalty assuring the individual that what the company suggests it will do will be done.

Did not Go The Extra Mile
In the courier business, going the extra mile takes on upon itself a literal meaning than as perceived in any other industry. A good courier company in recognition of the importance of going the extra mile will often go at great lengths to have your parcel delivered many of whom will generally make it known to the customer. There was not any efforts by the OCS officer, are they overwork? I'm concern of the company welfare towards staffs and your services too.
