Review of Q C House (Sengkang Sq)

NEVER ever going back there! Especially if Hazel is the one doing the cut. She pulled a bunch of my hair so hard due to probably a knot while combing, and I said "Ouch". Yet she continue pulling and did not even apologize. I kept my cool until she is done but she still has no reaction nor empathy. Service sucks! And the haircut was not professional. She expects me to see without my glasses. What is the point of holding the mirror to show me when I cannot see clearly. So glad to get out of there. Such a torment to me.
