Quality of the service is poor. If you pay for certain type of treatment to clear your house you have to make sure that they provide all the services. In my case we paid for misting and residual spray but only got misting, we had to tell them that the RS was not. If they cant get rid of the pests they will blame it on high infestation level (even though they check the infestation level beforehand before starting the service) and offer you anther package which is equally ineffective. If you fall for it they will try to sell you another one. In my case we first paid for misting-didnt work. They assured as that the combination of misting and residual spray would help-didnt work again. After 1000SGD spent we got nowhere. They tried to sell us dry steaming treatment, at which point we refused to pay. In a nutshell, I would never use or recommend anyone to use their service.
