Review of Rci Travel

We booked Ocean High Condos back in Dec 2015 for a 2/26/2016 check in! The RCI listing shows pool pictures ( gorgeous), and Ocean High gave us a pool key and instruction on how to enter! Got kiddies up, headed to pool, it has not been open for a long time! Contacted Ocean Time Office, they blamed RCI, ( yet gave us a key), and RCI, they blamed us for expecting a 5 Star resort! Told us all they are responsible for is size of unit! Research is up to consumer! The woman at RCI, who is trained to "handle" people like us "expecting what they posted," members, we need to do their job! We have been members for 22 years and are disgusted!
