Review of Everbright Optical

Made a pair of half frame spectacles from this optician. Just a few days after wearing the spectacles, the lens came off while I cleaned my specs because of poor workmanship. (The transparent wire which was supposed to hold the lens was not secured properly and broke). When I went there, the staff admitted that the wire was not placed properly in the so-called 'groove' of the lens.The worse thing was when I sent it for repair, the staff bended the shape of my specs during the fixing process and I had to go back to get the spectacles fixed again. I advise people not to make spectacles from this optician given the fact that I have made many other pairs and have not encountered such a problem before. This is by far the worst optician that I have come across.
