Review of O'NIZER POOL SPECIALISTS

Onizer is hands-down the least professional company we've dealt with in Singapore for anything so imagine... making big promises, very quick to take the money but then:
- Pool construction took 4 months instead of the promised 1 and they left a big mess
- Even so, they never really finished certain features and we had to get the rest done ourselves
- Koh promised a pool design and delivered a different pool - you constantly have to be on top of them
- Pool maintenance is horrible, no testing of water quality, no maintenance beyond a quick vacuum and throwing in of tabs
- Koh is arrogant to his customers and insulting to his staff all the time.
- His cleaning staff is telling us to stop paying maintenance to get him to give them the proper materials they need to do maintenance - and that my friends, tells worlds about this company.
