I used to be a longtime customer of Gift and Take. However, in recent years, the quality of service has seriously declined! When you approach Yvette for repairs btw, she will then send you back to the salespeople. And the salespeople will either keep quiet or send you back to Yvette.

Many of the products I purchased kept falling apart, after 3 to 4 months worth of usage.

Have given feedback to their sales people about this quality issue plenty of times over the many years but it falls on deaf ears! The boss even said this in front of my and other customers' faces "If you want to buy, then buy lor. Don't want to buy, then don't buy." Ever since they changed owner, the pricing for many of their products has since doubled and the sales people engage in hardselling.

There are other social enterprises to support, preferably more honest ones.
