Tiong Lee Huat Machinery & Construction Pte Ltd was first established as Tiong Lee Huat Engineering Works - A sole proprietor set up in 1977 by Mr. Neo Peng Teng. The business started out with rental services for Hydraulic Excavator to cater to the fast growing construction market in Singapore. As business grew, more machineries were added and due to high demand of more sophisticated equipment required to speed up the construction works, Hydraulic Breakers and Crushers were slowly added into the rental fleet.
