Our managing consultant, Mr Lam Chun See was one of the pioneers in promoting and teaching 5S in Singapore. He has worked alongside several Japanese 5S experts attached to the National Productivity Board during the period 1986 to 1990 in advising companies in the implementation of 5S. Since 1986, Mr Lam has assisted numerous companies in Singapore and Malaysia in the area of 5S implementation. 5S is the acronym for 5 Japanese words; Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu and Shitsuke.
