Oysters are as good as that they are fresh. With our farm in Singapore, we probably have the freshest LIVE oysters in town! From farm to table on the same day!
To preserve freshness, we deliver the oysters "live and kicking" in their shells. We insist on delivering them un-shucked, The simple reason is that the oyster dies seconds after shucking, And that compromises the freshness and therefore taste significantly.
It's not difficult to open the oysters, once you get the hang of it.
Our oysters are well-appreciated by connoisseurs and easy to eat for beginners.
Kindly be advised to order 2-3 days in advance.
