We are a consultancy firm specializing in the Hospitality industry projects like Hotel, Resort, Golf club, Theme park, Restaurant and Bakery.
We also provide consultancy for takeover & mergers of existing Hospitality Company and thus providing a one stop shop for total hospitality solutions catering to a diverse client needs.
PCHC, this new venture is founded by Mr. Puneet Choubey, Post graduated from Nagpur University and holds a Master’s in Business Management from NIBM, Chennai,India and has over 14 years of cross-functional international experience on management stratum background in the field of hotel, restaurants chain, retail, Bakery and event management, brings years of experience and expertise in the hospitality sector to help you turn your dreams into reality.

• Concept Planning and Feasibility Report
Using our professional insight, we provide a scientific approach to your business by providing feasibility reports, to aid in formulating a concept that is unique and profitable. This gives an early insight into the project's prospects at the proposed location, by the analysis of a variety of factors that will influence your business venture.
• Menu Engineering
We provide turnkey solutions pertaining to all your culinary needs. We conceptualize a customized and profit-driven menu, formulating new recipes to entice the customer's palate. We also administer your vendor relationships to maintain consistency in your Profit & Loss account, keeping in mind the 'Price Point'.
• Equipment Planning, HVAC and Design
We plan and design your Food & Beverage space, enabling us to help you procure the necessary equipment, thereby ensuring optimum operational efficiency of your outlet, keeping in mind the ergonomic usage of the space available.
• Commissioning of the Project /Outlet
We ensure that all laterals of your Project/Outlet meet the required hospitality standards and are at par with the best in the industry, domestically and internationally. This ensures a smooth flow of operations for your establishment prior to its launch.
• Interior Concept Planning and Design and Project Construction
In collaboration with the Interior Designer and architects, we play an active role in planning and designing your outlet and projects, adhering to the concept finalized by you. • Assist in Personnel Recruitment and Training
