Come join Master Rajesh for a classical Hatha Yoga Class every Sunday morning at Yoga Mala.
Class will focus on classical teachings of Hatha Yoga, with emphasis on cleansing techniques, breath expansion and purification. Traditional asanas (postures) will be taught as well.
No payment is required but if you like the class, you can donate a sum as you wish in return for the teaching at the studio reception after class.
All are free to attend. No prior experience required.

Yoga Mala runs day-to-day yoga classes, teacher training programmes and also focus on community outreach and engagement with all walks of life in an effort to create a more positive environment for all of us.
