Wywy Group was established in 1970s by Dr Wong Yip Yan. The Group was one of Asia’s largest non-real estate conglomerates with businesess in office automation, consumer electronics, telecommunications, entertainment centers, family-style restaurants and investments.

Teaming up with his brother Dr Wong Yip Chong’s family, the Group expanded its expertise to include a diverse, architectural design award winning real estate portfolio ranging from hospital, conservation shophouses, landed and non-landed housing and commercial developments.
