Employees are rude and ill mannered... cant speak english at all and can not even manage the general information of appointments of the customer.

They called and booked my appointment and then they say that cannot take... and give all the excuses of coupon expiring. Third appointment anyways was within the mentioned time frame. 2nd appointment got expired but they dint understand... very bad communication... no matter how simple English u use to explain , plainly they will... Sorry i don't understand!!!

Also , the ever first appointment given was not up to mark... never gave what was wriiten in the coupon.

THIS IS THE WORST BEAUTY SHOP I HAD EVER GO. ONLY 1 BEAUTICIAN AND THE LADY BOSS IS REALLY VERY RUDE.
FEEL LIKE CHEATING BY THE OWNER.

Difficult to get someone to pick up the call. Cheated by owner to top up for a service that is supposed to be included in the deal. Never never go back . Feel cheated

They don't answer the call for appointment. I bought from online but can't make appointment. Really a shit business mentality owner. Everyone be careful about this service.

cheap & affordable............but forever never get appointment by phone ? dont waste time to go down if you never make appt !! good luck to those who bought their service package, cos they will not allow you to have more than 1 booking for the same month & cant make an appt for next month as well ?? what type of service was !

i purchased classic pedi mani voucher from voucherwow. But as soon as i reached the place the lady said u need to pay 2sgd for cleaning ur old nail polish. this was never stated in the terms & conditions. Service was poor. Classic pedi-mani is for half leg & half hand, but she didnt even touched them only concentrated on hand & feet. Not much color choice available.

I went with my friend to this manicure shop couple of days ago. The owner of this shop is terrible. I never had a bad servicing of this before. An appointment time is fixed at 4:30pm, she can called to change saying "eh you can come at 3:30pm?" then next day, "can you come at 3pm" I was so fed up when i heard it from my friend and called and asked if it is confirmed at 3pm and she was so rude that she said "Ya at 3pm and what do you want?" After i reached and had my manicure done, i realised that there's some on my nails painted were damaged. I told the person who is doing it for me and she said "oh this is alright, no one will see."
After everything has finished, she convince me to buy a cash voucher for facial which i don't wish to buy as this kind service is super bad. I swear i will never go again.
