I am very disappointed with the service i received from Golden Coach. I wouldnt recommend anyone to travel by this company.
On the 24th of May 2013, Vesak Day, me and three other friends was excited for our first trip to Malacca. It was a day before my birthday so I was really looking forward for this trip. But I was already feeling unhappy the moment i got up the coach. My seat was already taken up by another couple who claimed that they booked their seats online. How could you actually made double bookings for your passengers? I came all the way to Keypoint to booked my bus few weeks before my trip. What was even more disappointing is, Mr leong, who tried resolving the issue took a really long time to solve it. Our bus was suppose to leave at 9am but we were still there standing aimlessly waiting for further updates from him at 945! We were travelling in fours. Two of them managed to get their allocated seats but me and my other friends had to be separated. Mr leong promised us that once we got to Johor Bahru, there will be another bus waiting there for us saying that all four of us is allowed to chose our seats and we can all seat together as there were nine seats available in the bus. I took down his number just in case i needed to contact him. Since it was a public holiday, the traffic was a killer. It took us three hours to reached Johor Bahru. I had a miserable three hours journey to Johor Bahru as i was unable to talk to any of my friends as we were seated far from each other. Once we got our passport checked, we went on the search for our new bus. Mr leong gave us the bus number. We got really happy when we spotted our bus waiting for us but got even more upset when we got up the bus.. there was only four seats left and its all separated seats?! What happened to the available nine seats that Mr leong promised? Its even more disappointing that all of my friends got to separate ourselves. I got really furious because I had to spend another three hours all by myself. I will not recommend this service to anyone.
