I bought a package which cost me over SGD2800 for my Aston Martin. After the 1st or 2nd waxing, it was still good. I started to send my car to the guys at Parkway Parade for regular wash, on the basis of at least 3-4 times a week as I park my car under a tree, therefore the need for the regular wash. However, about a month ago, I noticed a lot of fine scratches on the car, when I told the staff, none seemed to be interested or concerned about it.
Called the office, a lady named Shirley gave tons of excuses for not being able to set up for meeting with this person, Alan whom sometimes I heard he is the owner, sometimes I heard he is the manager. It took me finally 1 month later to make an appointment with this Alan, whether he will turn up for the meeting, is still a question mark to me.
I really doubt this company's capabilities and credential, which even has problem in identifying their owner / staff!
I do not send my car, especially a newly painted Aston Martin which I spent nearly SGD20k on it to be badly scratched by these guys and after which pretended nothing happened!
I expect a satisfactory answer if not I will be considering going the legal ways.
