Euphoria Beauty Care - Singapore, Singapore

Overall, I had a terrible expierence at Euphoria. I went there for waxing, because my normal place was closed for their Christmas leave. The wax they used was extremely thin, so you had to put like 4 layers of it. My mother was there with me and when I asked if she could stay in the room with me, the lady gave me a "look". The only room they had in the whole place had 3 narrow and short tables, each sectioned of by a curtain. I was literally falling off of the table. There were 2 other ladies in the room. I was doing waxing, so of course i wanted at least SOME privacy, but she didn't even put the curtains up. While she was doing it, (her wax was really bad quality) she wasn't paying attention so when she took the stick (with the wax) away, she let it drip. It went onto my top, and I felt something drop on my eye lid so I quickly closed it. The wax ended up sticking to my eyelashes so the lady, me, & my mother spent at least 20 minutes trying to get my eye to unstick. After that expierence, she proceded into actually doing her job. Instead of quickly taking the wax paper away, she s l o w l y peeled it away, making the pain greater. The wax she used was SO HOT, and everytime I winced, she kept on insisting that the layer underneath was cold, so she had to put on another (burning hot) layer. My mother and I told her that her wax was terrible and left the skin even redder and irritated than usual. She responded by telling us that "she had worked here for 20 years, and the places I usually go to are probably the bad ones". I don't know who this lady is, maybe the other employees are better, but I had a horrible expierence here. DO NOT WASTER YOUR MONEY.
