Here's my experience with them (March 2013).

At 12:50pm I made 2 remittance transactions both credit to bank account types. Was promised remittance will get credited at 3pm but after almost 4 hours 45 minutes nothing was credited. Decided to call using the phone numbers from the receipt (******** and ********). Either the phone just kept ringing or someone at the other end ends the call. Then tried calling the number listed from the company info page on this website (hmmm what a good way to hide the real number for calling customer service). Reached a friendly staff person who asked for the receipt numbers. Was then told to wait for 30 minutes for the remittance credit. I asked if it got forgotten along the way but the person told me no (after waiting for 4 hours 45 mins plus another 30 mins that is just a bold faced lie). So I accepted the very late credit of my remittance transaction due to incompetence. Because to me if they were competent then it would have been enough to inform me (the customer) of the terrible delay rather than just let me discover after several hours what has happened to my transaction. Almost 2 yrs ago I transacted with a different remittance company and they were kind enough to inform me of a delay in my remittance credit but unfortunately that company has closed shop. My poor mother who has been waiting for the remittance credit is unfortunately forced to deal with the problems that lack of money brings to her. Tsk tsk.

If I were to give my own personal rating for this company it would be
Reliability - 4 out of 10
Customer care - 4 out of 10
Friendly staff - 8 out of 10

In fairness, I've transacted with this shop in the past and experienced no problems at all but probably due to increased customer transactions the level of reliability has gone down. But still there will be people out there who expect reliability that naturally comes from being a paying customer. For those people I want to spare them the heartache of a family member or relative or friend having to go thru financial hardship because of a terribly delayed remittance credit. So for this company you better watch out.
