Xaby does not pay its debts to subcontractors.

For a while, we were operating as a subcontractor for this web design company, providing a lot of web development services for them and their clients.

Unfortunately, Xaby did not pay its final invoice with us for emergency web development support services we provided for one of their clients in Singapore. We provided these services on a holiday evening no less, but once we had everything working the way they wanted, Xaby stopped all communication and stiffed us on the final bill.

Repeated attempts to get Xaby to pay the balance owed have been ignored for over 5 months as of May 2012. If you are a vendor who wants to do business with Xaby, perform services with caution and insist on pre-payment! Otherwise you may find yourself writing off a bad debt when Xaby refuses to pay you for the work performed.
