Ordered from them, came 45 minutes late. Had to call them to find out status, without them calling me to inform late delivery. Poor service and company staff blamed it on supplier delivering late to them.

When it comes to catering, nobody would bother whether your supplier is late, your staff on MC, not enough delivery personnel etc. If you are late, you are late. Period. Customer have a time-line to follow, meetings etc. Customers do not set aside a period of time within their meeting agenda - buffer time and waiting for catering company to come.

Called manager to ask about company and how they are going to resolve this. He said he would check with his staff and let me know. How? They just send e-invoice to let you know no compensation. Not a single call, not a single email. "Fantastic" closing of loop.

This is not the first time they are late. There have been 2 other occasions that they are late (max 30mins).

Food quantity so-so. Food quality so-so. Service? I leave it up to you to judge.
