I had engaged your plumbing services of yours last saturday night- 15/7 as there is dripping of water near my toilet. A plumber came (which i believed your company would have outsourced) with a bad attitude - speaking with a rude tone, loud and keep asking us (including my 7 year old son) to learn from him. (for heaven sake, if that is easy, we will not have engaged YOUR service) This had happened at like 10plus pm which I had paid more due to the late and emergency services. He keep 'teaching' us and not wanting to leave though it is very late at night. It was not done properly and there is still dripping of water. We had requested him to come again (19/7) to fix it and he was not happy as he said he had done it properly etc. He wanted us to pay him again for things that he had not done correctly the last time.
Today - 20/7, this problem had not been solved, the water is still dripping and we are thinking of getting another plumber although we had spent quite an amount on YOUR poor services. This is because of the poor service, attitude, skill of YOUR plumber. I would like someone to give me a call regarding this incident.
