Gifts Greetings (Great World City) - Singapore, Singapore

I think the service was terrible. I bought a toy in this store for a birthday gift. I bring my own gift wrap and thinking of wrapping my gift since i have to go straight to the party. Then the cashier came and told me that they couldn't allow self wrap. What kind of service is that? It's not that i didn't buy anything. Since the store is child friendly store, isn't it need to be really friendly and helpful?
