Panels
The roll top security fencing panels are 3000mm wide and heights range from 900 to 2000mm. The fence panels have a unique and “user friendly” closed beam section located along the top and bottom edge of the panel. The Roll top fencing panels are manufactured from pre-galvanized wires. An adhesion coating is applied to allow perfect adhesion with the polyester coating (min. 100 micron).

Double Wire Fencing System is a rigid yet unobtrusive mesh fencing system. It is often used as a perimeter fence for industrial or commercial premises and sports pitches where a strong mesh fencing system is required.

Material:
Using high quality Iron Rod as raw material, the welded panel, after galvanization, Powders Primer, and Powders top coating; it can resist the corrosive and ultraviolet radiation very strongly. The thickness of powder coating is 100-120 microns usually. The choose wire diameters are 6MM*2+5MM*1. 8MM*2+6MM*1. It obtains high strong powers to resist the construction.

Reinforcing mesh is a welded wire fabric, prefabricated steel reinforcement material. It has a rectangular or square grid pattern and is produced in flat sheets. The fabric is used to provide tensile strength and crack control to structural concrete elements.
Welded mesh reinforcing is a convenient and cost effective alternative to conventional bar reinforcement for the following reasons :
a.The mesh is generally specified and manufactured according to standard references making for easy site identification, quality control and management.
b.The mesh is manufactured in sheets or rolls resulting in a quick and simple site installation process.
Although generally used in surface beds (concrete floor slabs on fill) and concrete roads, mesh can also be used in suspended floor slabs, concrete walls, culverts / drains and composite brick / concrete retaining walls.

Welded Mesh Security Fencing is a combination of wires in the horizontal and vertical direction welded at their junctions to provide a rigid fence. A number of differing designs are manufactured from Ø 3 mm to Ø 5 mm wire at varying spacings for economy or strength. The mesh size has a dimension of 50 x 200 mm, width 2500 mm panels.Styles with minimum horizontal bars widely spaced are used to restrict or deny climbing (as in pool fencing). These often have RHS welded at top and bottom for strength and smooth lines. Styles with the thicker 5 mm wire are used for strength and along with those of 5 mm wire are often roll formed into triangular shapes at both Top and Bottom to provide the strength required and eliminate sharp edges. Most Weldmesh is supplied in a "Hot Galvanised" finish, due to their exposure to the elements and particularly salt laden atmospheres. However, for a more pleasing effect they can be Powder Coated in a range of popular colours. Weldmesh in heavy gauge wire, at spacings of 50mm horizontally, is used in Electical Sub Station Security, due to the inability to use the horizontal members as toe holes. Combined with Barbed or Razor wire this presents an extremely secure fence to entry.
