We are SembCorp Parks Management, part of a Singapore conglomerate known as SembCorp Industries. We are a services group and our main skills are in engineering and technology. Since 1996, with the full support of Singapore and Vietnam governments, we have been operating under a Joint Venture with a Vietnamese party to develop and manage the Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) in the southern part of Vietnam. In the recent years, we have been helping many multinational companies and SMEs (till 30 July 2003, we are home to 115 tenants) to set up and expand successfully their manufacturing/producing/assembly base into Vietnam to take advantage of the low operating costs of the province as well as the strong export flows to the US and other regions in the world.
