Singapore Cultural Arts: 21st Century Cultural Arts Development (21CCAD), was set up in January 2001, to promote Cultural appreciation in Singapore through organizing international musical and non-musical cultural events / festival. Its objectives are to promote Art, Music and Culture in Singapore; to inculcate the appreciation for music and art; to promote cultural / musical exchange among Singapore and foreigner during festivals; to provide Singaporeans with a chance to showcase their talents and to interact with foreign talents as well.
