I visited your store in ehub on 28 and 29 jun'14.
In these 2 days I spent $100 worth of clothing.however, I returned to shop on 30 Jun to exchange 2 blouses I bought on 29 Jun, of which 1 pc has imbalanced sleeves; 1 smaller than the other. The other pc the sales asst admitted she took a wrong design (it's way too huge for me).
As she was busy on the phone, she told me to take any 2 pc from the same rack so that she don't need to search the stock. I obliged due to her pregnant state.
After I selected the 2 new pc. She said I can't change 1 pc as I picked a different colour. She said I must only pick the same colour due she don't have stock for the other colour if I took a different colour. (She don't scan any bar code, so why the fuss so long I took the same value item?)
I showed her the same colour pc on the rack which she insisted I should take was the same pc I returned minutes ago to exchange due to imbalanced size sleeves. She had secretly put back onto the rack a faulty piece!
Sensing no other excuses to give me, she then gave me a very annoyed look and in the same tone brushed me off saying, " just take what you chose. I'm busy with customers no time to waste on you'.
This is the attitude towards someone who spent $100 with you in 2 days?
Rest assured I would not revisit.
