Amber 45 by UOL Group Limited - UOL Group has successfully acquired a freehold land at 45 Amber Road from Sin Lian Huat Co. The almost 70,000 square foot land houses the former Ban Nee Chen, a landscaping and floral nursery specialist having been in the business for the past 3 decades. It was sold at $156 million in early 2017 and had began to make way for a brand new residential development in this Katong area.
