Sourdough factory is the leading artisan bread supplier in Singapore. Being wholesale bakery, supplying sourdough based bread adopting the use of French wheat flour. We work closely with the French flour miller to import up to 5 different flour types. And it allows us to blend the flour types creating recipe that distinguish us from the rest through in the aroma of all our baked goods. The lactic flavor in the sourdough (levain) is the determinant to our signature loaf, Pain De Campagne. We are known for our Viennoiserie such as croissant & pain au chocolat and up to eight other different types. We produce brioche burger bun for famous gourmet burger store.
